Marketing Communications
My firm developed the entire content of this print and Web newsletter that successfully attracted a significant number of  new patients and physician referrals for Cleveland Clinic’s new service to treat patients with complex chronic pain issues.

I researched, wrote and edited this cover story for KeyBank’s print and Web magazine, which reinforced its reputation and brand as a full-service business bank that helps entrepreneurs succeed with essential financial tools, solutions and ideas.

Public Relations
One secret to capturing extensive PR is to create a news release with an interesting or different news angle. My company  produced a news release for The Cardinal’s Nest that attracted substantial print and Web coverage, exposing the group’s important mission to more than 2 million people.

This news release researched, written and edited by my firm helped a Fortune 500 company attract significant media attention soon after it hit the national news wires. The bank received  media inquiries from local, state and national reporters.

Business-To-Business Marketing Communications
This business-to-business article developed for a major law firm was published in a special section of a business magazine and its Web site. The article successfully targeted and reached the law firm’s core clients and prospects --- business owners and entrepreneurs. 

This article about search engine optimization, SEO, and its business benefits generated a lot of buzz for an interactive marketing company. This story appeared in a business magazine and its Web site helping the marketing company enhance its marketplace reputation as an SEO and Web strategy expert and reach new prospects.

Customer Marketing Communications
Insurance giant GEICO commissioned my firm to develop a compelling article on how drivers can protect themselves in the event of a car fire. Our article was well received by GEICO, which provided its customers with important life-saving advice from top fire safety experts.

The second customer marketing communications sample was developed for the Cleveland Clinic, which reached health consumers and alerted them to the silent dangers of peripheral artery disease.

Corporate Communications
Effective corporate communications strategies should share practical and useful information for employees to help them do their jobs better. These articles produced by my firm effectively delivered articles about best practices, solutions and ideas to help employees meet customers' needs and reach business goals.

For Eaton Corp., I produced original Web content that delivered timely information to keep employees engaged and informed about newsworthy corporate-wide developments and accomplishments. My firm also produced dozens of articles for Eaton World, a global print and Web publication read by 70,000 employees.

Technology Marketing Communications Samples
For Business Vision, a national custom media print and Web magazine, I developed its first article on the latest trends of successful social media technology strategies used by entrepreneurs to market their products and services.

For a national trade publication, my firm was hired to produce a technology article about global positioning systems and how companies are utilizing this technology to significantly improve business operations.

My firm was hired by the Cleveland Clinic, one of the largest medical centers in the world, to develop articles on the latest medical research initiatives that may lead to breakthrough patient treatments. The article reinforced the Cleveland Clinic's 90-year commitment to innovate medical research, which has lifted the healthcare center to national and international prominence. 

This second sample is a print and Web newsletter filled with the latest health therapies for chronic pain that afflicts millions of Americans. The newsletter successfully generated many patient referrals from physicians and other health care professionals who read this publication.
